We structure the engagement around a documented baseline of your building's current energy use, a defined measurement boundary, and an agreed savings figure. Our team — including CMVP-certified professionals — measures and verifies actual consumption against that baseline through your BMS and meter data. The engagement is structured for a guaranteed positive financial impact and cost assurance on real reductions in operating costs — which is what makes the project risk-free for the building owner.

Only meter-verified consumption reductions count. We define a measurement boundary up front (typically the systems touched by the project plus their tributary loads), document the baseline period, and reconcile against utility meter data and BMS submeters. Operational changes that the owner introduces — added load, occupancy shifts, schedule changes — are normalized out of the calculation so the savings figure reflects the project's contribution, not external variables.

During the free preliminary stages — meeting, site visit, diagnosis. We pull a representative baseline of utility data, walk the systems, and instrument any submetering needed to isolate the measures in scope. The baseline period and adjustment rules are written into the contract before any retrofit work begins, so there's no ambiguity later about what the project saved.
