ESG commitment

A positive environmental impact

ESG criteria guide our decisions, our practices, and our commitment to sustainable development. That commitment takes shape through three pillars and the day-to-day actions that support them.

  1. Environment

    Innovative, responsible solutions.

We promote good environmental habits and positively influence employees, clients, and partners — designing for measurable reduction in environmental impact.

  2. Social

    Better conditions for our people.

We maximize internal social dialogue to continuously improve employee conditions, safety, and engagement across every office and job site.

  3. Governance

    Fair, responsible, accountable.

Decisions are based on well-founded, carefully studied rules. We develop accountability and transparency at every level of the organization.

ESG approach

Integrating concrete initiatives across our facilities.

Internal programs include ink-cartridge and IT-equipment recycling, sorting and recycling bins, digital records to reduce paper, and double-sided or recycled paper where unavoidable. Six initiatives we run every day:

  • Complete replacement of air conditioning and heating systems aligned with new server rooms, plus full LED lighting upgrade.

  • Construction material recovery and reinvestment through local community organizations.

  • Office water conservation — low-flow toilets and other water-saving devices throughout our facilities.

  • Reserved EV parking with charging stations for employees and visitors.

  • Wash stations with sediment recovery and wash-water reuse — closing the loop on shop water.

  • Lockers, showers, and bicycle storage to support active transportation by our teams.
