Do you carry the licensing required for both Quebec and Ontario new construction?
RBQ (1269-6704-94) and CMMTQ cover the Quebec mechanical and plumbing scope. The Newmarket and Toronto offices field the Ontario side, delivering commercial and institutional installation across the Greater Toronto Area.
How do you handle public-sector procurement — school boards, municipalities, federal mandates?
School boards, municipalities, healthcare facilities, and government offices are part of the standard clientele on the Ontario side. On the Quebec side, Kolostat's integrated design-build approach is built to meet the stringent budgets and tight schedules of the public sector — including new-construction mandates such as Library and Archives Canada.

Past LEED-certified commercial deliveries include the Altoria/Aimia Tower in Montréal, the Bell Canada head office on Nun's Island, the Fontaine Building, and the ICAO headquarters; net-zero institutional work includes Library and Archives Canada.
