The grant math (ÉcoPerformance) typically makes the capital case before the energy bill does.
How do you handle indoor air quality (IAQ) on retrofits?

Are commercial ventilation upgrades eligible for ÉcoPerformance grants?
Yes — heat recovery from exhaust air and demand-dependent modulation of ventilation rates (CO₂, occupancy) are both named in the ÉcoPerformance eligible-measures list. The program pays $125/tonne of CO₂eq saved for small/medium consumers, capped at 75% of eligible cost. Kolostat's Energy division handles the eligibility analysis, application, and post-implementation reporting alongside the mechanical work.
