Net-Zero Leadership Summit organized by Canada 2020

Sandrine Tremblay, Co-President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at Kolostat-Krome, joined leaders from across Canadian industry on stage at the Canada 2020 Net-Zero Leadership Summit to debate the path to decarbonization.

On April 19th, Krome and Kolostat were on stage at the Net-Zero Leadership Summit organized by Canada 2020.

Sandrine Tremblay, Co-President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, was invited as an industry leader in efficient building decarbonization.

Several leaders from different industries were gathered to discuss the solutions and challenges of decarbonization. Sandrine was on the panel with Alex Lau, co-founder and Chairman of Carbon America; and former Vancouver Mayor Gregor Robertson (Vice President of Nexii), who played a major role in creating and implementing the action plan to make Vancouver the greenest city in the world by 2020.

Several topics were discussed during the conference, including electrification and the availability of green/renewable electricity in Canada; the role of nuclear in the transition; leveling the playing field by the Premier of the Northwest Territories; the transportation industry; green hydrogen and regulation; green steel; and cement and the transition.
