In the heart of Old Montreal, our teams craned and installed two rooftop dry coolers for Cinesite's server-room cooling — with coordinated street closures, work at height on an existing building, and integrated acoustic walls to meet heritage-area noise requirements.

The work took place in a dense urban context, involving:

To meet the acoustic requirements of the site and the heritage context of Old Montreal, acoustic walls were integrated around the equipment. They reduce noise propagation from the fans and coolers while maintaining the required thermal performance.
