Our ESG Commitment

We strive to have a positive impact on the environment and to minimize any actions that could be harmful.
Environmental, social, and good governance criteria serve as a guide for companies in implementing their environmental and sustainable development policies, as well as a reference for the professional ethics to follow.

We strive to have a positive impact on the environment by offering innovative and responsible solutions and to minimize any actions that could be harmful.

On a daily basis, we promote good environmental habits across our various places of business and seek to positively influence our employees, clients, and partners.

We make it our duty to constantly evolve and improve the conditions in which our employees work by maximizing social dialogue within our company.

Regardless of the project we undertake, and in our day-to-day activities, we are committed to acting in a fair, responsible, and safe manner to protect our employees, clients, and partners.

We are committed to acting with integrity and developing policies and practices that establish clear expectations and promote accountability and transparency at all levels.

All decisions made regarding the direction, management, and coordination of the company are based on well-founded and carefully studied rules in order to make the best decisions and implement them correctly and without delay.

Our ESG Approach

Integrating and developing concrete initiatives and actions for our facilities

In the internal processes of our affiliated companies, we are committed to promoting the adoption of best practices in sustainability in the management of our facilities and to measuring our performance through our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.

In our daily activities, we strive to continue already established initiatives, such as ink cartridge recycling, recycling of IT equipment through recovery organizations, the use of sorting and recycling bins in certain offices, maintaining digital records to minimize paper use, and, when possible, double-sided printing and the use of recycled paper when necessary.

We have accelerated renovation work in several of the Group’s offices to increase shared workspaces, reduce our carbon footprint, and encourage sustainable development initiatives among our employees. Here are some examples of specific and/or ongoing actions:

Complete replacement of air conditioning and heating systems, aligned with our new main server rooms, including the replacement of current lighting systems with adaptive LED technologies.
Requirement to recover construction materials and introduction of reinvestment initiatives linked to the sale of recycled materials through local community organizations.
Implementation of a water conservation program for offices (low-flow toilets and other water-saving devices).
Development of parking spaces reserved for electric vehicles with electric charging stations.
Addition of washing stations with sediment recovery and wash water reuse.
Addition of locker rooms, showers, and bicycle storage to encourage physical activity through active transportation.
