We make it our duty to constantly evolve and improve the conditions in which our employees work by maximizing social dialogue within our company.
Regardless of the project we undertake, and in our day-to-day activities, we are committed to acting in a fair, responsible, and safe manner to protect our employees, clients, and partners.

Our ESG Approach
Integrating and developing concrete initiatives and actions for our facilities
In the internal processes of our affiliated companies, we are committed to promoting the adoption of best practices in sustainability in the management of our facilities and to measuring our performance through our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
In our daily activities, we strive to continue already established initiatives, such as ink cartridge recycling, recycling of IT equipment through recovery organizations, the use of sorting and recycling bins in certain offices, maintaining digital records to minimize paper use, and, when possible, double-sided printing and the use of recycled paper when necessary.
We have accelerated renovation work in several of the Group’s offices to increase shared workspaces, reduce our carbon footprint, and encourage sustainable development initiatives among our employees. Here are some examples of specific and/or ongoing actions:
