Do you service residential HVAC?
No — Kolostat is commercial only. We do not service residential HVAC. Our technicians are trained on commercial, industrial, institutional and mission-critical equipment (rooftop units, chillers, CRAC, commercial heat pumps, industrial ventilation). Is there a service-call minimum or travel fee?
Standard dispatch fee applies for non-contract emergency calls. Maintenance-contract clients get dispatch included. Quoted before we arrive — no surprises.
Can I set up a preventive-maintenance contract?
Yes — contracts are our core recurring offer. Options include scheduled quarterly, semi-annual, or annual visits, emergency dispatch included, with BMS monitoring add-on. Let us audit your existing systems to price it.
