Project Management

Project management requires a skill set that encompasses all facets of the mechanical industry. A solid knowledge of mechanical design principles in coordination with estimating, budgeting, drafting, sheet metal, piping, equipment selection and administration/office skills is a must, in addition to a sense of timing to effectively handle the dynamic pressure-filled requirements of the owner, architect, and general contractors. Our project managers are trained to review the design at project onset and to insure that the systems will operate to meet the expectations of the client. This results in a trouble free commissionable project. On-time site deliveries and installations make for a smooth running project. These are the assets of our project managing team.
After a commissioning, startup and testing period, the project manager along with the service department hands the system over to the client's personnel who are instructed on the proper operation and maintenance of each piece of equipment. Our customer oriented service department backs up our installations with service, and maintains all equipment as mutually agreed with the client.
